David Hartman, Director of Basketball Operations and Financial Coach at C&C. Originally from Raleigh, NC, Dave found his passion for sports at an early age and pursued it through college, playing Division II basketball at Wilmington University.

As an Assistant Coach at Word of God Christian Academy and Team Loaded NC, he’s had the opportunity to work closely with athletes from various levels, spanning from professionals to local parks and rec leagues. His journey in the sports world led him to C&C Sports Group, where he’s dedicated to not only coaching on the court but also helping athletes achieve financial security off the court.

Dave is married and he and his wife Carly have two dogs, Roxy and Milo, and a cat named Binx. Carly also shares a passion for coaching as she leads volleyball teams at her school and for AAU.

When he’s not coaching, you can find Dave enjoying quality time with my loved ones, exploring the outdoors, and cheering for his favorite teams. Since 2017, Dave has been mentoring and coaching athletes. He said that he’s thrilled to be part of the C&C Sports Group team, driven by the prospect of making a positive impact both on and off the court.
